Hype Studies conf. exhibition: Tedium

What does it feel like to process 840GB of research data? Tedium is an experimental installation and multimodal archive developed within Ecologies of LLM Practices. It externalizes the psychological experience of processing 840GB of qualitative research data into a tangible, self-speaking artifact. The exhibition is organized into 9 sections tracking the research process month by month — making visible the accumulation, repetition, and slow processing that characterizes qualitative research. The installation treats research process as exhibition content: raw transcripts, folder structures, file counts, and analysis notes are displayed alongside finished outputs.
