How do you teach journalists to verify what they see online? The OSINT for Ukraine Matrix Handbook translates a 23-parameter analytical framework into pedagogical and technical documentation for evaluating the trustworthiness of social media evidence. The design work involved three layers: a visual encoding system mapping each parameter to consistent graphical treatment; a page architecture separating parameter definition from evaluation guide and forensic examples; and a print-ready production pipeline that accommodates updates as the matrix evolves. Published as both a web resource and downloadable PDF, the handbook serves journalists, fact-checkers, and open-source investigators.
