The Global Data Barometer explorer visualizes the 2025 dataset to identify gaps in data policy, availability, and use across 109 countries. The dashboard was built as an interactive explorer rather than a static report, with a layered information architecture: an overview layer for policy comparison, a detail layer for indicator-level exploration, and a methodological layer explaining how scores are computed. The full dataset is pre-processed into a lightweight format that loads in a single request, with country-specific views computed client-side for fast navigation.
